Do you sometimes feel that way too?

So close to yourself 

That you feel the peace

And all the loss from back then

And now at rest the choice

To taking a new path

Where there is joy again

But the first step still waits in silence

With that one look back to then

For the very last time

Do you sometimes feel that way too?

Me more and more

With almost my first step!

Where the past and the future come together for a moment

In a new now

In which no known paths are formed forward anymore

And only opportunities exist

And building blocks along that new road

Filled with opportunities and choices

Which you can now take yourself

And choose how to continue building

So forward and no more backward

Or standing still in the void

Do you sometimes feel that way too?

That you feel the peace

And sees all the new opportunities coming

Like a newly reborn strength in your heart
